AppWay Interface Interaction

To start using Heyex 2, we provide a user with an account added to Altris AI System. Once it's provided, you can Select Altris AI in Heyex list of 3-rd petries, fill credentials provided and start using Altris AI:

1. Double click on Europe Advanced to authorize the client in the program
2. Enter the login and password of the Appway user created in the admin panel Altris into the fields and tick the checkbox

1. Click the 'Save' button

2. Choose the patient in the board or try uploading the dicom for a new patient

3. 

   Click on the patient and check the examinations in the table

4. 

   Drag the examination to the server Europe Advanced for further processing

5. 

   Wait until the exam is fully processed and then double click on it to open it

6.

Error message can be shared if Analysis results are not relevant, which can happen in according cases:

1. When the user has 0 examinations left

2. 

   When the user enters their login data incorrectly

3. 

   When the user uploads an image

4. 

   When user tries uploading irrelevant files
