Examination header

The examination header consists of:

• Patient ID

• Patient name

• Gender [female, male, other]

• Birth date [dd, mm, yy]

• Classification (generates automatically after segmentation and classification has been done, all classification are divided by commas and can be edited)

• Examination date [yy, mm, dd]

• Notes

• Report button to generate a report

• Save button to save changes added to the patient’s header if there were any (becomes active only when there are changes)
